Lion's Mane grow kits will arrive fully colonized. All you need to do is open the perforated window, cut an "X" against the block with a sharp knife, and mist the mushrooms three times daily with the spray bottle provided! Watch your mushrooms grow from tiny pins to large, beautiful flushes. Lion’s Mane is stringy and absorbent with a seafood-like texture and flavour. A great vegan alternative to crab or lobster. Nutritional Value: High in fiber and protein. Anti-inflammatory and known to relieve symptoms of dementia as well as promote digestive health. Lion’s Mane is equally as medicinal as it is delicious.

Your lead times will reflect fungi incubation times, depending on which cultures we have readily available and which we need to expand for you when we receive an order. Our team works hard to prepare and pack your orders as quickly as possible--we appreciate your patience, and we are committed to the success of your mushroom cultivation project.

Grain Spawn: 1-2 weeks
Petri dishes: 1-2 weeks
Liquid cultures: 1-2 weeks
